The Square D X Series 15 A 4-Way Switch Module with side wire clamps is a unique and patented design that allows for easy color rocker plate cover swaps without the need for rewiring. This switch module is designed to provide a modern, flush-facing finish to your walls with the snap-in installation of the rocker plate cover.

With the full line of Square D X Series switches, dimmers, sensors, and receptacles, you can enjoy a consistent look throughout your room or home. The 4-way, 15 Amp, 120-277 volt patented switch module design supports the swap-out of the color rocker plate. Please note that a separate purchase of a Square D X Series wall switch rocker plate is required, as well as a wall plate.

This switch offers On/Off rocker switch function and is constructed of high-quality, impact-resistant polycarbonate thermoplastic and features a zinc-plated steel mounting strap for rust-resistance. The UL certified switch can be used during the rough-in phase and supports the upgrading of the color or design of the switch after initial installation without the need to remove or rewire the switch from the wall.

The switch is self-grounded with a brass ground contact to ensure the device’s ground retention to metal boxes, eliminating the need to bond the device with the ground screw. Additionally, the grounding strap hole is designed for speed wrapping installation.

With side pressure plates and silver alloy switch actuator contacts, this switch module also accepts two #12 copper, solid or stranded wires, providing flexibility and convenience for installation.
